NO SMOKING PLEASE

On January 20, 2010, the Los Angeles City Council passed an amendment to the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) that prohibits smoking in outdoor dining areas. This Ordinance has been fully enforced since March 8, 2011.

Violations of this Ordinance are infractions.

Compliance with the LAW is MANDATORY.
